eINSTRUCTION EXTENDS LEAD IN INTERACTIVE CLASSROOM TECHNOLOGY MARKET WITH RECORD SALES IN Q3 2009

Integration of Mobile Interactive Whiteboard & "Clickers" Help Company Break Away from Competition

DENTON, TX (November 23, 2009)—eInstruction® Corporation, a leading global provider of learning technology, today announced its Q3 2009 sales have positioned the company at the head of the classroom technology market in two areas that mark the future of education - mobile interactive whiteboards and advanced student response systems. eInstruction's innovative combination of mobility and real-time assessment drove global sales volume increases of nearly 15% over the previous quarter, according to Futuresource Consulting.

"I attribute our success to the fact that we are expanding beyond traditional interactive whiteboards by offering a mobile version that provides more flexibility in the classroom coupled with a tightly integrated assessment solution," said Steve Kaye, CEO of eInstruction. "Students and teachers want mobility and real-time feedback that can only be achieved through the innovative and integrated products we've developed. It's an exciting time and we're very proud to be the leader in next-generation classroom technologies."

eInstruction's share of the global wireless tablet market jumped from 28% in Q2 to 41% in Q3, thanks to the growing popularity of INTERWRITEMOBI®, a mobile version of the traditional interactive whiteboard. The INTERWRITEMOBI® System enables students and teachers to engage with a whiteboard from wherever they are in the classroom and, when used with eInstruction's popular student response systems, allows teachers to assess comprehension in real-time. eInstruction, which captured a nearly 30% share of the global "clicker" market in Q3 2009, has consistently outpaced competitors since the company pioneered the technology in the 1980's.

"Students who had been reluctant to share in class in the past see that they are getting the right answers fairly consistently," said Paul Santolin, a teacher who uses eInstruction clickers in his classroom at Marc Garneau Collegiate Institute in Toronto, Ontario. "In fact, these students did much better on the clicker quizzes than they had done on any of my previous assessments. One student told me how much the clickers had helped him with his confidence."

The INTERWRITEMOBI® solution was recently honored with an Award of Excellence as one of the best educational offerings of 2009 and the company's vClicker™ MOBILE EDITION, which transforms netbooks, iPhones, Blackberrys and other Internet-enabled mobile devices into virtual clickers and is being deployed by early adopters, is receiving very positive reviews being named, "The Next Big Thing," - both by Tech & Learning Magazine.
