New features added to eInstruction® software

Winter ’10 release provides full support for Microsoft® Windows®7 and Mac Snow Leopard

DENTON, Texas --- February 12, 2010 --- eInstruction announces the Winter ’10 release of their industry leading interactive classroom software products. This release includes updates to INTERWRITEWORKSPACE®, the award winning interactive instruction program, now offering full support for Microsoft Windows 7 and Macintosh Snow Leopard operating systems in both 32-bit and 64-bit versions. In addition, new multi-user features have been added to enhance the user experience when using Workspace with the INTERWRITEMOBI® mobile interactive whiteboard as well as the INTERWRITEDualBoard™ interactive whiteboard. Updates are also being made available to the CPS™ and Response™ assessment platforms, including support for 140 character text responses. CPS™  is also fully compatible with Windows 7 and SnowLeopard in 32-bit and 64-bit versions.  New features include MOBI KWIK compatibility, EXAMVIEW® integration and CPSPulse™ compatibility in CPS for Mac 2.0

140 character text responses –140 character essay response enables in-depth demonstration of student comprehension with CPS™ and INTERWRITERESPONSE®. (Windows only).

eI Community Support –Online community allows educators to quickly connect with other educators, find free high-quality teaching resources, and discover best practices in classroom instruction. 

Homework Mode –Allows teachers and students to continue the teaching/learning process outside the classroom.

Multi-user Functionality enhancements –Allows educators to engage more students in their interactive lessons;simplified access to the multi-user interface; and support forcreating and saving lessons in multi-user format (Windows only)

All eInstruction software updates will be available for download immediately at no additional cost to licensed users of previous versions via the website Support and Downloads area (http://www.einstruction.com/downloads). eInstruction software is included with all new orders of eInstruction hardware products.
