Training sessions become more engaging and meaningful when all the trainees are required to answer all the questions through Optivote.

The trainer can have instant feedback during the session and a full database of answers and responses which can be accessed with standard or user customisable reports at the end of the session. This allows group and individual performance analysis and an audit trail for all trainees.

Because Optivote is database driven all the sessions are archived for later analysis or referral. The unique Optivote PowerPoint interface means that all your current  PowerPoint files can be made interactive immediately. So there’s no huge workload to transfer your data and resources into Optivote. Full database storage and archiving of session results allows you to access response data after the event in either standard or user customisable reports.

Everyday team meetings benefit from the constant, unbiased feedback that Optivote provides. In small groups the inexpensive IR8 infra red eight button handset will suffice. The system will take replies from all team members and display them on the screen instantly if you wish. For complete anonymity the display can be set so that the team members don’t see the feedback.

Larger meetings and presentations with over 96 people will benefit from the use of the radio frequency handsets. The eight button RF8 or the fifteen button RF15 operate without requiring a clear line of sight between handset and receiver unit. These large systems can be broken down into sub systems for use in everyday meetings.
