In small groups the inexpensive IR8 infra red eight button handset will suffice. The system will take replies from all team members and display them on the screen instantly if you wish. For complete anonymity the display can be set so that the team members don’t see the feedback. All results are collated in the Optivote databases and are available in handy reports when you want them. Larger meetings and presentations with over 96 people will benefit from the use of the radio frequency handsets. The eight button RF8 or the fifteen button RF15 operate without requiring a clear line of sight between handset and receiver unit. These large systems can be broken down into sub systems for use in everyday meetings. The radio frequency systems are ideal for shareholder’s meetings, conferences and product launches. The simple RF8 handset requires no user instruction before use. Marketing and research agencies requiring detailed consumer feedback can have instant or anonymous feedback during or immediately after the question session.
